Photos and inspection
Send photos by WhatsApp, or have a technician look at the car in your parking bay. For accident damage, have the Dubai Police report ready, as workshops need it before starting.
Repair and repaint
The car is collected. Panels are straightened or replaced, primed and painted in a booth. Colour is matched to the paint code and checked against the car in daylight.
Final check and return
Once the clear coat has cured, the panel is polished and the gaps, sensors and lights are checked. The car is washed and brought back to your tower.

Body and paint: common questions
Do I need a police report for body repairs?
For accident damage, yes. Garages in Dubai are required to see a police report before repairing it, even for a small scrape with no other car involved. Minor accidents can be reported through the Dubai Police app. Wear such as faded clear coat or stone chips does not need a report.
Will the new paint match the rest of the car?
The paint code gives the formula, but paint on the car has aged in the sun, so the mix is adjusted and tested on a card held against the panel. Metallic and pearl colours are blended into the neighbouring panel so the eye cannot find the edge.
Can a dent be fixed without repainting?
Often, if the paint is not cracked and the dent is not on a sharp crease or a panel edge. Paintless dent removal works the metal back into shape from behind with rods. It keeps the factory paint, which is the reason to choose it when it is possible.
