Yes. Tell mall security that a battery technician is on the way, then send us the level, zone and nearest pillar. The technician drives to your row if the van clears the height limit, or walks in with the equipment from the nearest entrance.
Al Barsha is further from JBR. Does that change anything?
Only the drive. It usually takes 18 to 35 minutes, and the upper figure applies when Sheikh Zayed Road or Umm Suqeim Street is slow. The battery test, the brands on the van and the warranty of up to 24 months are the same as for a car parked in JBR.
