Can the engine be repaired in my building's car park?
Small jobs can: a battery, a coil, spark plugs on many engines, a sensor or a hose. Anything that needs a lift, an engine crane or draining fluids is done at the workshop. Many buildings also do not allow oil or coolant work in the basement.
My check engine light is flashing. Can I keep driving?
A flashing light means an active misfire. Unburnt fuel is reaching the catalytic converter and can overheat it. Stop when it is safe, switch off and call. A steady light is less urgent, but the code should still be read soon.
Will I know what is being done before the work starts?
Yes. After diagnosis you get the findings and the list of parts and labour by WhatsApp, with photos where it helps. Nothing is replaced until you approve it.
